You will work with a talented team of professionals dedicated to optimizing data processes, enhancing data analytics capabilities, and building robust data governance frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Medicaid programs throughout the country. Our Culture
For People is a team of humans. We place a significant amount of emphasis on positive work-life balance, setting healthy expectations, and making sure our loved ones are taken care of first. That means picking a child up from school during the day or going for a mid-day walk is okay!
This position is 100% remote. Our entire team is remote across the United States, from the West Coast to the East Coast. There will never be a return-to-office, as we have none!

- Oversee the creation of custom reports, interactive dashboards, and optimized data pipelines that empower government teams to make data-driven policy and business decisions.
- Apply human-centered design principles to data ecosystems, ensuring that data platforms are interoperable and built around the actual needs of users, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to government partners, helping to establish clear roles for data stewardship, supporting communities of practice, and guiding organizational change management.
